Inspection Trips

In most cases we can arrange an Inspection Trip at Discounted Rates - and if after viewing your selected properties you decide to purchase one, the Estate Agent will refund your travel and accommodation costs in full*.

Our inspection trips are designed for those who are seriously considering purchasing a home or investment property in Spain.  Most of the trip will be spent viewing properties and discussing your requirement and property purchase procedures in Spain.

You arrange your flight and notify us of the date you are planning to arrive and the length of time you are staying.  In order to get the most out of your trip we recommend a stay of at least 3-4 days.  When you notify us of your flight details we will arrange a hotel on your behalf.

Upon arrival you will be picked up at the airport and provided with a Welcome Pack consisting of maps, brochures and other information about the area you are scheduled to view.  The driver will then take you to meet your guide/agent when you will be able to discuss your itinerary for the next few days.  At this point your guide/agent will be able to answer any questions you may have following which arrangements will be made for you will be driven to your hotel.

Over the next few days you will spend a great deal of time with your guide/agent viewing your selected properties, enjoying some spectacular scenery and savouring some of the Spanish food and drink.

At the end of your trip arrangements will be made for you to be driven to the airport for your return trip home.

*Costs refunded are based on a maximum of two persons and are for your flights and hotel accommodation only.
